Weirdo

"You can just go ahead and get that look off your face right now."

"I'll look at you any way I like!"

Ashley rolled her eyes and looked down at her Algebra homework, ignoring the looks Ryan gave her. With all the ignoring she was doing, her homework would probably get done in no time and then Ryan could end his little fit and she'd be able to pay attention to the needy little bastard.

"That's it? You're just going to do your homework and ignore me?" Ryan asked.

"Planned on it." She muttered into her paper as she erased a fairly stupid mistake she just made from the distraction.

She heard him sigh and had to bite back a giggle. Sometimes he made her want to laugh at how insecure he was, she thought it was cute considering how she used to worry that he might have hated her before they started dating.

From the way he never wanted to talk to her and seemed to even avoid all eye contact had sort of put a big dent in her ego for while, until he used a big corny pick up line to ask her out that is.

Now to hear him get upset over her wanting to get her homework done for a class she had in only ten minutes instead of fawning over him like they did during every other study hall?!

It was going to drive her insane.

"Ryan, you're a goof." She told him as she closed her book, taking note of the broken pencil in his hands and the pout on his face.

"I'm sorry I did my homework instead of slobber all over your face." She said in a sweeter tone and sent him a big smile.

This time Ryan rolled his eyes and said, "Whatever."

"Is that your answer to everything?" Ashley said with a huff, stuffing her book in to her back pack.

He merely shrugged and said "Nah, sometimes I say 'fuck it'." Ashley laughed a little and reached for her broken pieces of pencil but Ryan pulled them back to him. "I don't think so woman, these are my payment for you... ignoring me."

"Um... okay whatever. Keep them." Ashley said. "Ya weirdo."
